A. The United State Postal Service's
National Change of Address corrects bad addresses that may be within
your list. NCOA costs $95 to run on your list. If you choose not to
use NCOA for a bulk mailing, your piece must say (per USPS rules) “Or
Current Resident” under the intended recipient’s name in the
address block.
