A. SCREENPRINTING (signs, bumper stickers, t-shirts)

For screenprinting, we require a vector (LINK TO VECTOR QUESTION) file (.eps, .pdf, .svg, .ai, or .indd) with outlined text.

Signs require a half-inch border on each edge.

T-shirt artwork must be contained within a 12” wide by 15” high area. Recommended chest imprint area is 3.5” x 3.5”

OFFSET (letterhead, envelopes)

For offset, we require a vector file (.eps, .pdf, .svg, .ai, or .indd) with outlined text.

We do not bleed letterhead or envelopes.

PLEASE NOTE: Below is a list of our standard colors for screenprinted signs and bumper stickers (Pantone Solid Coated). There is a $35 mixing fee for each color used that is not a standard color. Please note that the colors in this chart have been printed digitally. Screen and offset colors, though very similar, are not an exact match. Halftones are priced as two colors. If your colors are not set to PMS, please choose the closest match from the chart below and tell us what color you would like us to print.

DIGITAL (buttons, lapel stickers, posters, brochures, flyers, rally signs)

If your digital file requires a bleed (rally signs not included), please ensure the dimensions of your file is .25” larger than the final size of the piece. Make sure that raster files are high resolution.
